3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
Make timely payments as outlined in service agreements or invoices.
Cooperate with us to facilitate service delivery.
Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client responses may impact delivery timelines.
4. Payments and Billing
Unless otherwise agreed, all services are billed in advance. Payment terms, fees, and due dates will be clearly stated in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees and suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by The BoldMD for clients—including graphics, code, strategies, and copy—remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights for custom assets will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without our written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information. Likewise, you agree not to share our strategies, pricing, or internal processes with third parties.
7. Third-Party Services
Some of our services may include integrations with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, HubSpot). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, or revenue increases unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BoldMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

You may terminate services by providing written notice 30 days in advance. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: The BoldMD Alerts
Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from The BoldMD, including appointment reminders, promotional offers, service updates, and other business-related alerts.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. A confirmation message will be sent and you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin the SMS program, sign up again as you did originally and we will resume sending messages.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
